-I ship cookies using USPS.

-Orders are processed Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff on Mondays at 6pm EST. will not ship out until the following week.

-I fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.

-I only offer domestic (U.S) shipping.

-I am not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.

-Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered.

-Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times.

-Please verify the address as well. Any -reshipment will incur 50% of the subtotal as well as 100% of the shipping costs.

-Due to the cookies being a perishable item, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

-If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at cookiesbyandrew@gmail.com within 24 hours  of receiving your cookies.

-Please provide a photo and description of your issue. I will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.

*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reshipment or refund. 

-For order cancellation and modification, please contact me at cookiesbyandrew@gmail.com. I will do my best to accommodate your request in a timely manner.

-I offer local pick up in the Woodbridge, VA area Saturday - Monday. Pick up hours are from 10am to 5pm Monday and 10am to 12pm Saturday and Sunday.

-I will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on the selected pick-up date. You have until close to pick up all prepaid orders on the scheduled date.

-If you can’t pick up on your scheduled date, please contact me as soon as possible.
