Did you know brownies are considered a bar cookie in the US? Thank goodness for me! I started baking brownies in late September 2023 and reached Recipe #18 in mid November. The brownie I would like to share with you is chewy, slightly fudgy, has balanced richness, and is comforting. Eat it straight from the fridge for even more chewiness or warm it in the oven and pair with a scoop of ice cream.
