Cookies

  • I suggest microwaving your cookies for around 7 seconds to warm them up. You can enjoy them with ice cream, milk, or even coffee! Try different things and see what works for you!

  • I suggest you enjoy your cookies within 5 days of the bake date.

  • Definitely! You can actually freeze cookies in the bag they’re packaged in. They can stay in your freezer for up to 3 months. My suggestion is to freeze them sooner rather than later as they will retain freshness better.

  • If you would like to enjoy warm cookies microwave the room temperature cookies anywhere between 3 to 10 seconds (all microwave ovens vary).

  • I use only the highest quality ingredients available. This includes, but is not limited to, European style butter, restaurant grade chocolate and flour.

  • Not at this time. All of the cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. While I take all steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with tree nut, soy, milk, egg and/or wheat allergies.

If you go to The Cookies there’s a link that will take you to the Ingredients. Each cookie bag will have the ingredients list on the back as well. Please review the ingredients before ordering.

  • The various ingredients have different densities so if a cookie looks smaller it is probably because it has more chunks of chocolate or fruit or nuts. Some cookies may not spread out as much which results in a taller/thicker cookie. While some cookies may look smaller they are all measured to 2oz.

Shipping

  • The cookies are baked to order, packaged and shipped the day they are baked to ensure the freshest product possible. Your cookies will come packed and sealed in a resealable bag to prolong the enjoyment of our product! All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they're received. I currently ship cookies every Monday and Tuesday.

  • Unfortunately I cannot guarantee shipping or arrival times. I am at the mercy of the shipping provider and certain factors are out of my control. I suggest you schedule your order in advance to allow for unseen delays.

  • Prior to finalizing your order we will agree on a shipping rate. I will provide cost estimates as well as expected delivery times.

  • Unfortunately not as once your order is handed off to the delivery carrier it is out of my control as to when it arrives.

General

  • Please contact me at cookiesbyandrew@gmail.com. Order modifications must be made at least the day before your cookies are scheduled to be baked or shipped.

  • Per the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), cookies are listed under the low risk foods category so an inspection of my kitchen is not required. I still follow standard food processing safety protocols.

  • For any orders exceeding 3 dozen cookies please submit your order at least a week in advance. This gives me time to prepare enough dough to fulfill your request.

  • Please note coupon codes do not stack with each other. They are also not applicable to be used with bulk orders as those already have a separate discount applied. In order for your order to be eligible for the Free Shipping promotion the subtotal has to be at least $70 after discounts are applied if you should use one.

  • You may do so here!
